Belief reliability modeling and analysis for planetary reducer considering multi-source uncertainties and wear

چکیده

The planetary reducer is a common type of transmission mechanism, which can provide high accuracy and has been widely used, it usually required with reliability characteristics in practice. During the manufacturing usage stages reducers, uncertainties are ubiquitous wear inevitable, affect reducers. In this paper, belief modeling analysis considering multi-uncertainties proposed for Firstly, based on functional principle influence wear, performance margin degradation model established using hysteresis error as key parameter, where mainly caused by accumulated wear. After that, multi-source analyzed quantified separately, including errors, operational environmental conditions, thresholds. Finally, model. A case study applied sensitivity implemented to show practicability method. results that method some suggestions design phases reducer.
